PACIFIC ALBACORE TUNA LOIN STEAK IN A CAN, 1/4 TSP SALT. NO ADDED OILS OR WATER.
Our own wet brine recipe includes
sea salt
sugar
olive oil
and special blend of spices.
Followed by Alder or Cherry wood smoke to cure the whole tuna loins. 7.5 ounce steaks are then hand packed into the cans and sealed for freshness.
